PAYMENT,REFUND, WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/span><\/b><\/p>

GENERAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMER<\/span><\/b><\/p>

1<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/b>Payment
Terms<\/span><\/b><\/p>

1.1<\/span> Prices
for the items mentioned in the Order Confirmation (\u201cOrder Value\u201d) are inclusive
of Value Added Tax (VAT). The Customer shall bear such VAT. The Customer must
pay 100% of the Order Value in advance immediately upon receiving the Order
Confirmation specifying the items (\u201cGoods\u201d). Goods shall not be delivered
unless the Order Value is paid in full<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

1.2<\/span> Tmheed
shall deliver Goods in stock subject to receipt of full payment of the Order
Value from the Customer<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

1.3<\/span> Subject
to Clauses 1.1, 1.2 and 2.1, the Order shall become binding between Tmheed and
the Customer upon issuance of the Order Confirmation<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

2<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/b>Cancellation
of Order<\/span><\/b><\/p>

2.1 Tmheed reserves
the right to cancel an order if the customer does not receive the goods within
14 days of the order confirmation date, even if full payment has been made.<\/span><\/p>

2.2 If the customer cancels the order
within 24 hours of confirmation, the full amount paid will be refunded,
excluding the bank card fee (2.05%).<\/span><\/p>

2.3 If the cancellation occurs more than
two calendar days after order confirmation, the refund will be issued as store
credit.<\/span><\/p>

2.4 Custom-made or personalized products
(“Special Orders”) cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
Clauses 2.3, 2.4, and 5 do not apply to these orders.<\/span><\/p>

2.5 Tmheed is not liable for delays caused
by manufacturers, suppliers, or carriers.<\/span><\/p>

3<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/b>Delivery
and Storage<\/span><\/b><\/p>

3.1 The estimated
delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.<\/span><\/p>

3.2 Goods are available for free storage
for 7 to 14 days for in-stock items. After that, a daily storage fee of 2.5%
will be charged.<\/span><\/p>

3.3 Tmheed will notify the customer of the
delivery date and is not liable for any damages after delivery or installation.<\/span><\/p>

4<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/b>Warranty<\/span><\/b><\/p>

4.1<\/span> Tmheed
provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
<\/span><\/span>misuse or improper installation<\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
<\/span><\/span>consumable parts<\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
<\/span><\/span>use contrary to manufacturer instructions<\/span><\/p>

4.2<\/span> Warranty
is void if repaired by unauthorized parties, non-genuine parts are used, or
Goods are resold<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

5<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/b>Exchange<\/span><\/b><\/p>

5.1<\/span> Exchange
is allowed within 48 hours at Tmheed\u2019s discretion, provided Goods are returned
in original condition with invoice. A credit note valid for 90 days will be
issued<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

6<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/b>Force
Majeure<\/span><\/b><\/p>

Neither party shall
be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond control such as natural
disasters, war, or pandemics<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

7<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/b>Governing
Law and Jurisdiction<\/span><\/b><\/p>

These terms are
governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, with
